Q   Do I have to be a supplier to place my order?
A   No.  Westcoast products are available to the public, jewellery-makers and to re-sellers.
 
Q   How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A   All orders will be dispatched within 1 - 5 working days via 1st Class Royal Mail, unless you have requested another method of postage.  1st Class usually takes 1 - 2 working days to arrive.  If there is a delay in dispatching your order you will be notified as soon as possible.
 
Q   Is there a minimum order?
A   No.  There is no minimum order.
 
Q   Is VAT added on to the prices?
A   No.  All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
 
Q   Is there a postage charge?
A   Yes.  The standard postage charge is £2.45, all orders over £75.00 are FREE delivery.  This will be shown at your checkout.
 
Q   How do I pay for my order?
A   We have a secure online checkout which will open up a new window to pay via Paypal.  You do not need a Paypal account to use this and most credit / debit cards are accepted.  We do not receive any details of your card or bank details.  We will also accept cheques or postal orders made payable to 'Westcoast Jewellery'.  Your order will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.
 
Q   Are there any hidden costs?
A   No.  We sell the goods to you at wholesale prices, you do not pay for any services.  VAT is included in the prices and there is no handling charge.
 
Q  Your photographs show jewellery on display busts and stands, are these included?
A  No, unless otherwise stated.  Our jewellery comes as wholesale items in individual bags, the displays and presentation can be bought separately if needed.  If the description states the display stand is included (e.g. the Swarovski earrings or the packs of 100 rings)
then the jewellery will arrive in the display stated.
 
Q   Can I contact you for advice?
A   We can only offer sales and business advice to existing customers of Westcoast Wholesale Jewellery.  If you are not yet a customer and would like to be, we can offer full advice on the products you will be purchasing.  You may email your query using the 'Contact Us' page at the bottom of the left hand menu and we will either respond via email or telephone.
